Dr. Pruitt was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from  Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration / Healthcare Management and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Pruitt earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston, graduating in 2022 with honors. She  returned to big “D” to complete her pediatric residency and earn a Certificate of Pediatric Dentistry at the prestigious Texas A&M / Baylor College of Dentistry affiliated with Childrens Medical Center and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

Dr. Pruitt is married to Jayson McKinley and they reside in University Park. Jayson currently attends SMU Dedman School of Law. They love traveling together, spending time with their church community, and serving on mission trips. Dr. Pruitt is passionate about an excellent cup of coffee, trying new recipes, musical theatre, and finding joy in all the small things. She is so excited to be serving patients and families in the very same practice where she herself was a  patient!
